On June 25, 2018, petitioners filed the petition in this case. On August 8, 2018, respondent filed the Answer.
On December 7, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion for Leave File First Amended Petition. Petitioner further lodged therewith a First Amended Petition.
On January 27, 2023, respondent filed a second Answer. Also on January 27, 2023, respondent filed an Answer to Amended Petition.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that respondent's Answer, filed January 27, 2023, and respondent's Answer to Amended Petition, filed January 27, 2023, are hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
ORDERED that, on or before March 8, 2023, respondent shall file an objection, if any, to petitioner's motion for leave.
