ORDER

PER CURIAM

Gary Sherrill ("Movant") appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis denying his amended Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief after an evidentiary hearing finding Movant failed to establish his trial counsel was ineffective. Movant brings two points on appeal, each alleging the motion court clearly erred in denying his ineffective assistance of counsel claims. We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal and conclude the motion court did not clearly err as alleged by Movant.

No jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. However, we have provided the parties a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision. We affirm the judgment of the motion court under Rule 84.16(b).
