On July 25, 2023, this Court ordered the district clerk to file within fifteen days a supplemental clerk's record containing the February 14, 2023 Judgment of Conviction by Court-Waiver of Jury Trial and the February 14, 2023 Certification of Defendant's Right of Appeal. As of the date of this order, the supplemental clerk's record for this case containing these documents has not been filed.
A supplemental clerk's record was filed in a companion case, No. 05-23-00197-CR, but not a supplemental clerk's record for this case.
We ORDER Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk, to file on or before SEPTEMBER 14, 2023, a supplemental clerk's record containing the February 14, 2023 Judgment of Conviction by Court-Waiver of Jury Trial and the February 14, 2023 Certification of Defendant's Right of Appeal.
