On February 17, 2023, the Court served an Order (index #13) on the parties in which it was stated that this case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's Peoria, Illinois trial session, which is scheduled to begin March 13, 2023.
Due to clerical error, this statement has an incorrect date and is erroneous. The Court will amend its previous Order.
Upon due consideration it is hereby
ORDERED that the Court's Order served February 17, 2023, (index #13) is amended in that the first line of preamble shall now read as follows:
This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's Peoria, Illinois trial session, which is scheduled to begin March 16, 2023.
