Judy Alicia Shepard-Hall & Randy S. Hall, Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent

ORDER

Diana L. Leyden Special Trial Judge.

On December 10, 2021, respondent filed a Notice of Withdrawal as Counsel (Index #0022). That same day respondent filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel (Index #0023). It appears that respondent's notice of withdrawal as counsel (Index #0022) was filed with the incorrect title. Accordingly, the Court will strike the Notice of Withdrawal as Counsel (Index #0022) from the record. Petitioners views on the granting of this motion are unknown.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Notice of Withdrawal as Counsel (Index #0022), filed December 10, 2021, is hereby stricken from the record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 5, 2022, petitioners shall file an objection or other response to respondent's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel.
