[PROPOSED] TURNOVER ORDER

This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs Shenzhen TomTop Technology Co., Ltd., Absa Pink, Inc., Arnon Uben, Inc., Border Mose, Inc., Desh Dibon, Inc., Gady Lentle, Inc., Jona Thee, Inc., and Sihon Mount, Inc. (collectively, “TomTop”) and Defendant Dan Xie's joint motion for a turnover order. The Court has reviewed the motion, and finds as follows:
1. Judgment was entered in this case for Plaintiffs and against Defendant Dan Xie in the amount of $2,026,255.
2. On April 19, 2021, Defendant Xie caused account number ended 0855 to be opened at JP Morgan Chase Bank in the name of Jona Thee Inc. (the “Jona Thee Chase Account”). The funds deposited into the Jona Thee Chase account were from the sale of TomTop's products through the Walmart Marketplace, and are the property of TomTop.
3. On or about July 5, 2021, JP Morgan Chase Bank restricted the Jona Thee Chase Account. On or about July 12, 2021, JP Morgan Chase Bank suspended the balance in the account of $226,812.04.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Joint Motion for a Turnover Order is granted, and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that JP Morgan Chase Bank shall turnover the proceeds, at least approximately $226,812.04, from account number ended 0855 in the name of Jona Thee Inc. to TomTop's attorneys with the law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP to be returned to TomTop and to be applied against the outstanding judgment against Defendant Xie.
