On Appeal from the County Court Colorado County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 19-25,801

ORDER

On April 7, 2021, the clerk's record was returned because the record contained no cover page or index. The Colorado County Clerk was requested to re-submit a corrected Clerk's Record. The clerk's record was not re-submitted.

The clerk's record in this case was due April 26, 2021. See Tex. R. App. P.35.2. On April 27, 2021, the clerk of this court sent a letter to the Colorado County Clerk notifying the clerk that the record had not been filed.

The court has not received a request for an extension of time to file the record. The court has not been advised that appellant has not made arrangements to pay for the record. See Tex. R. App. P.35.3(a)(3) and (b)(3). The record has not been filed with the court. We therefore order the Colorado County Clerk to file the record in this appeal on or before May 28, 2021.
