Sheldon v. Vogel

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Dec 1, 1933
240 App. Div. 960 (N.Y. App. Div. 1933)

Opinion

December, 1933.

Present — Finch, P.J., Merrell, Martin, O'Malley and Untermyer, JJ.

Order reversed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements, the motion granted, and the matter remitted to the Special Term for the imposition of a proper punishment for respondent's contempt, upon the ground that it clearly appears that the respondent, in disobedience of the third-party order, transferred property of the judgment debtor.
