In an action to recover damages for personal injuries claimed to have been sustained by plaintiff as the result of tripping over a wire which was alongside a grass plot at the side of defendant's home, judgment dismissing complaint, after trial before the court without a jury, unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion.
