ZIA UL-HAQ SHEIKH, Appellant v. JANE DOE, Appellee

On Appeal from the 298th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. DC-18-08987

ORDER

We REINSTATE this appeal as the findings of fact and conclusions of law for which we abated have been filed.

We note court reporter Marcey J. Poeckes has informed the Court that appellant, who initially requested only a portion of the reporter's record, has requested the remaining portion. The portion of the record initially requested has been filed and consists of the list of witnesses and exhibits, the testimony of certain witnesses, three exhibits, and appellee's closing argument.

Since the remaining portion has been requested and to avoid any confusion, we STRIKE the reporter's records filed January 7, 2020 and February 18, 2020 and ORDER Ms. Poeckes to file the reporter's record of the entire proceedings no later than July 23, 2020. Appellant's opening brief shall be filed within thirty days of the filing of the reporter's record.

We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Poeckes and the parties.
