By notice filed October 12, 2020, appellant informs the Court she is voluntarily dismissing the appeal pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 42.1(a)(1) and requests that costs be taxed against the party incurring the costs. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1). We construe the notice as a motion and grant the motion to the extent we dismiss the appeal. See id.
