924 So. 2d 810 (Fla. 2006)

Opinion

Case No. SC05-1293.

February 8, 2006.

Petitioner has submitted a petition for this Court to exercise its all writs jurisdiction, which this Court has treated as a petition for writ of habeas corpus. Because the Court has determined that relief is not authorized, this case is hereby dismissed. See Baker v. State, 878 So. 2d 1236 (Fla. 2004). Any motions or other requests for relief are also denied.

ANSTEAD, LEWIS, QUINCE, CANTERO and BELL, JJ., concur.
