Order

By order of July 2, 2020, the application for leave to appeal the September 19, 2019 judgment of the Court of Appeals was held in abeyance pending the decision in Detroit Alliance Against the Rain Tax v. Detroit, 951 N.W.2d 354 (2020). On order of the Court, the case having been decided on December 11, 2020, 506 Mich. 996, 937 N.W.2d 121 (2020), the application is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court. The motion to file a reply in support of the motion to supplement the record is GRANTED. The motion to supplement the record is DENIED.
