By Order served August 12, 2021, the Court directed respondent to file a report on or before August 26, 2021. On August 26, 2021, respondent filed a Motion for Extension of Time, in which he seeks an extension to September 16, 2021, to file his report.
The foregoing considered, it is
ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Extension of Time filed August 26, 2021, is granted in that the time by which respondent shall file a report containing an explanation that reconciles the figures in the Notice CP21C dated November 5, 2018, with the notice of deficiency is extended to September 16, 2021.
