Action for an accounting. Order dated December 18, 1942, granting reargument of appellants' motion for leave to intervene and for other relief, and on reargument adhering to the original decision, insofar as appealed from, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements to plaintiff-respondent. No opinion. Appeal from order dated November 18, 1942, dismissed, without costs. Carswell, Johnston, Adel, Taylor and Lewis, JJ., concur.
