Appeal, No. 326, Jan. T., 1964, from order of Court of Common Pleas No. 6 of Philadelphia County, March T., 1962, No. 2762, in case of Merton Shapiro and Bennard Shapiro v. Samuel Shapiro and Edna Shapiro. Order affirmed; reargument refused November 1, 1965.

Petition for compensation pursuant to consent decree filed in equity actions.

Order entered awarding compensation, order by GOLD, P. J. Plaintiff, Bennard Shapiro, appealed.
