Appeal, No. 290, Jan. T., 1965, from decree of Court of Common Pleas No. 6 of Philadelphia County, March T., 1962, No. 2762, in case of Bennard Shapiro v. Samuel Shapiro and Edna Shapiro. Decree affirmed.

Equity. Before GOLD, P. J.

Decree entered directing prothonotary to accept a check payable to defendants to be held in trust account and directing other actions. Defendant, Samuel Shapiro, appealed.
