ORDER

Elizabeth Crewson Paris, Judge

On September 1, 2023, docket entry 55, the parties filed a Joint Status Report which indicates that petitioner raised issues with respect to the calculations of net operating losses in respondent's settlement proposal and the basis of those calculations. Respondent will review petitioners' concerns and review the petitioners' proposal to determine whether modifications are needed. Respondent anticipates the review will be completed within sixty (60) days. The parties continue to believe the case is susceptible of settlement of all issues.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 20, 2023, the parties shall submit a Proposed Stipulated Decision document or file a Joint Status Report with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
