Joseph Shamilova, as Executor of the Estate of Khava Shamilova, Plaintiff-Respondent, v. Elissa Berkowitz, Dora Lieberman, Irrevocable Grantor Trust, Judith Sabo, Solomon Sabo and Yeshiva Shaare Torah, Inc., Defendants-Appellants.


Appeals having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County entered on or about June 27, 2019 (Case Nos. 2020-02650 and 2019-04959), And defendants-appellants Judith Sabo and Solomon Sabo having moved for an order granting all defendants-appellants an extension of time to perfect their respective appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motions (M-2296 and M-2299), deemed to include requests to vacate the dismissals of all of the defendants' appeals (22 NYCRR 1250.10[c]), are granted, the dismissals vacated, the appeals reinstated, and the time to perfect the appeals extended to the December 2020 Term of this Court.
