STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL; ORDER DISMISSING WITH PREJUDICE CLAIMS BETWEEN AFENI SHAKUR, RICHARD S. FISCHBEIN, EUPHANASIA, INC. AND AMAZON.COM, INC.


Plaintiffs Afeni Shakur, Richard S. Fischbein, and Euphanasia, Inc. and Defendant Amazon.com, Inc. hereby stipulate that a settlement has been reached between them in the above-captioned action and that the terms of that settlement are embodied in a separately executed Settlement Agreement. Pursuant to the settlement, the Parties hereby request that the Court dismiss with prejudice any and all causes of action or claims between them in this action. Afen Shakur, Richard S. Fischbein and Euphanasia, Inc. and Amazon.com, Inc. therefore consent to the entry of the following order Except as otherwise provided in the Settlement Agreement, each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.

ORDER

In light of the foregoing stipulation of the parties, and good cause appearing therefor, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

Any and all causes of action and claims for relief made by plaintiff Afeni Shakur, Richard S. Fischbein, and Euphanasia, Inc. against defendant Amazon.com are hereby dismissed with prejudice.
