DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Kings County, all dated October 7, 2021.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals from the order on motion #1 and the order of dismissal under Family Court Docket Nos. V-7264-06/18B and V-24820-06/18B (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2021-08100, 2021-08103) are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order entered upon the default of the appealing party (see CPLR 5511); and it is further, ORDERED that the appeal from the order of dismissal under Family Court Docket Nos. V-7264-06/18A and V-24820-06/18A (Appellate Division Docket No. 2021-08102) is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the appellant is not aggrieved by that order (see CPLR 5511).

CHAMBERS, J.P., BARROS, ZAYAS and GENOVESI, JJ., concur.
