ORDER

PER CURIAM

William Shade ("Movant") appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Ste. Genevieve County denying his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief without an evidentiary hearing finding Movant failed to establish his trial counsel was ineffective. Movant brings one point on appeal, alleging the motion court clearly erred in denying his ineffective assistance of counsel claim. We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal and conclude the motion court did not clearly err as alleged by Movant. No jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. However, we have provided the parties a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision. We affirm the judgment of the motion court under Rule 84.16(b).
