ORDER


This matter comes before the Court on Monitor Fred Cohen's Request for Status Conference. The Court GRANTS Monitor Cohen's Request for Status Conference on issues related to monitoring. A telephonic status conference will be held on June 12, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. The following persons shall be included in the status conference: Monitor Cohen; Ben Tayloe representing the United States Department of Justice; Alphonse Adam Gerhardstein representing the Plaintiff class; Kimberly Brooks Tandy representing the Plaintiff class; Kelly Castle representing the Ohio Department of Youth Services; and J Eric Holloway representing Thomas Strickrath in his official capacity as Director of Youth Services. These persons should be available for contact at the telephone numbers provided on the docket. If these persons need to instead be contacted at another telephone number for the status conference, these persons should contact the Court prior to June 12, 2009 and provide the alternate telephone number. If any other party representative desires to be included in the status conference, that person should contact the Court prior to June 12, 2009 and provide their name and a telephone number where they can be reached for the status conference.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
