MEMORANDUM OPINION


Before the Court is appellant's December 15, 2003 request for dismissal of appeal. We REINSTATE this appeal. Appellant states that appellee has released her judgment against appellant in the trial court below. Therefore, appellant requests, with the agreement of appellee, that this appeal be dismissed. Appellant's motion to dismiss is GRANTED, and this appeal is DISMISSED. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a)(2).
