An order having been entered on February 15, 2023, granting petitioner-appellant's motion to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning Thomas Pelych, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Thomas Pelych, Esq., dated October 20, 2023, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that Scott Godkin, Esq., 116 Clarion Drive, Whitesboro, New York 13492, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Oneida County, entered September 16, 2022, in place and stead of Thomas Pelych, Esq., and
It is further ORDERED that the Oneida County Family Court Clerk provide Scott Godkin, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and
It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to February 26, 2024, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
