Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 7 of El Paso County, Texas (TC# 2013-DCV-3139) ORDER
Pending before the Court is Appellant's request for a ninety-day extension of time in which to file her brief. The Court previously gave Appellant a thirty-day extension of time to file her brief, and the brief is due to be filed on July 24, 2017. Appellant is requesting an extension of ninety days so that she can prepare and file a brief in an original proceeding filed in the Court of Criminal Appeals. The records of the Court of Criminal Appeals reflect that Appellant filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus on July 7, 2017 in cause number WR-84,549-03. Appellant's request for an extension of time in which to file her brief is GRANTED, but the deadline will be extended for only thirty days from the current due date. Appellant is ORDERED to file her brief no later than August 23, 2017. All other relief requested in Appellant's motion is DENIED.
