ORDER

This case for the redetermination of deficiencies is before the Court on respondent's motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute, filed November 22, 2021, and heard on December 13, 2021, when the case was called from the calendar during the Phoenix, Arizona, remote trial session of the Court. The parties appeared and were heard.

Premises considered, and for cause set forth more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, this case is continued with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that on or before February 11, 2022, petitioners provide to respondent's counsel a copy of any document that they, or either of them, intend to rely upon in support of any of the adjustments or issues in dispute in this case. It is further

ORDERED that on or before March 14, 2022, the parties, jointly or separately, report in writing as to the status of the case.

The parties can expect the matter will be scheduled for trial in June 2022
