The ratification of petition filed by petitioner on February 24, 2022, is improper as it does not bear the original signature of petitioner or an imaged or digitized signature that is acceptable to the Court. See Frequently Asked Questions About DAWSON on the Court's website, www.ustaxcourt.gov.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the ratification of petition, filed February 24, 2022, is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 13, 2022, petitioner shall file a proper ratification of petition bearing petitioner's original signature or an imaged or digitized signature that is acceptable to the Court.
