ORDERED that petitioners' Motion for Substitution of Parties and to Change Caption filed May 9, 2024, is granted in that Janja Vujovich is appointed administrator of the Estate of Phillip J. Seretti, Deceased, for purposes of this litigation. It is further
ORDERED that the caption in this case is amended to read: "Estate of Phillip J. Seretti, Deceased, Janja Vujovich, Special Administrator, and Janja Vujovich, Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent."
