ERIKA SEPULVEDA, et al., Plaintiffs, v. CITY OF WHITTIER, et al., Defendants.


JUDGMENT

John A. Kronstadt, United States District Judge.

This action was tried by a jury, which rendered a verdict. Based on that verdict: Plaintiff Maria Carmen Sarate Angeles shall recover $12,500 from the Money Mart Defendants, plaintiff E.P., a minor by and through his guardian ad litem Erika Sepulveda, shall recover $1250 from the Money Mart Defendants, and plaintiff M.P., a minor by and through her guardian ad litem Erika Sepulveda, shall recover nothing from the Money Mart Defendants.

Upon the granting of any timely application to the Clerk, the Money Mart Defendants shall recover $___ in taxable costs from M.P., and Maria Carmen Sarate Angeles and E.P. shall collectively recover $__ in taxable costs from the Money Mart Defendants. Fed.R.Civ.P. 54(d)(1); 28 U.S.C. § 1920; L.R. 54-2.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
