Amended motion to accept record and brief and for other relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, only to the extent that the time to perfect the appeals is extended to September 29, 2014. It is noted that no further extensions of time will be granted absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay. The motion is, in all other respects, denied.
