ORDER
By letter dated February 16, 2016, appellants were directed to file, within ten days, verification that (1) they have requested preparation of the reporter's record and (2) have paid or made arrangements to pay the reporter's fee or are entitled to proceed without payment of costs. Our records, however, reflect appellants are entitled to proceed without payment of costs. Accordingly, appellants are ORDERED to provide only written verification that they have requested preparation of the reporter's record. Appellants shall provide such verification no later than February 29, 2016. Appellants are cautioned that failure to comply may result in the appeal being submitted without the reporter's record. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(c).
