ORDER
On July 29, 2005, this Court received a letter from counsel for defendant Francesco Galesi requesting that Galesi's name be removed from the case caption so that he would not be listed as a party on appeal. Because the May 25, 2005 dismissal of this case has been appealed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, however, this Court no longer retains jurisdiction to grant such a request. Any such motion or stipulation must be directed to the appellate court.
