Action for conspiracy to cheat and defraud in the sale and exchange of property. Judgment quashing service of summons and for defendants for costs.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Woodford county; the Hon. Stevens R. Baker, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1927.
