ORDER

TAMARA W. ASHFORD JUDGE

On August 23, 2021, pursuant to the Court's June 24, 2021, Order, respondent filed a Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. Respondent reports that since the filing of the last Status Report, the parties have been attempting to directly speak with each other via telephone concerning the issues that remain in dispute. Respondent further reports that on August 23, 2021, he e-mailed petitioner's counsel regarding providing documentation to substantiate the remaining unresolved issues concerning disallowed expenses. According to respondent, the parties still continue to work on resolving the remaining unresolved issues. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before October 25, 2021, file status reports, separately or jointly, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case.
