Action to recover damages to automobile in collision with safety island. Judgment for plaintiff.

Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. James W. Gordon, Judge, presiding. Heard in the third division of this court for the first district at the October term, 1924.

Louis J. Behan and William J. Corrigan, for appellant; Ira W. Hurley, of counsel. No appearance for appellee.


Reversed.
