ORDER


This matter comes before the Court on the motion of Plaintiff Securities and Exchange Commission ("Commission") for an Order Concluding Receivership and Transferring Remaining Receivership Funds. Having considered the motion and memorandum filed in connection therewith, and being fully advised in the premises, the Court finds that the Receiver has fully and successfully completed his responsibilities under his appointment and that the Receivership should be concluded. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the Motion of the Commission is GRANTED. IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED THAT any and all persons are barred from pursuing any legal action against the Receiver or his agents relating to their actions herein. IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED THAT the Receiver shall transfer all funds remaining in his receivership account to the Commission and that the Commission shall deposit said funds with the Department of the Treasury.

IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED THAT upon the transfer of all funds remaining in the Receiver's receivership account to the Commission the Receiver is discharged from his appointment in this matter.

IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED THAT upon the discharge of the Receiver the Receivership in this matter is terminated.

SO ORDERED.
