ORDER RE: PETITION NO. 124
The Receiver's Petition No. 124, Petition for Order Approving Fees and Costs Incurred by the Receiver; Guttilla Murphy, P.C.; Scheef Stone, L.L.P.; Wood Jones, P.S.; Law Office of Dina L. Anderson; and Alan J. Wenokur, having been filed with the Court and all parties entitled to notice having been notified by service of the Petition in accordance with this Court's Order Re: Petition No. 2, and it appearing to the Court that the fees and expenses are reasonable and appropriate:
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED approving the fees and expenses requested in the Receiver's Petition No. 124.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Receiver is authorized to pay from the Receivership Assets:
1. The amount of $34,598.36 to Warfield Company, for services rendered and costs incurred or paid during the period October 1, 2004 through October 31, 2004;
2. The amount of $9,133.88 to Guttilla Murphy, P.C., for services rendered and costs incurred or paid during the period October 1, 2004 through October 31, 2004;
3. The amount of $65,557.14 to Scheef Stone, L.L.P., for services rendered and costs incurred or paid during the period September 26, 2004 through October 25, 2004;
4. The amount of $7,549.70 to Wood Jones, P.S., for services rendered and costs incurred or paid during the period October 1, 2004 through October 31, 2004;
5. The amount of $1,100.41 to Law Office of Dina L. Anderson, for services rendered and costs incurred or paid during the period October 1, 2004 through October 31, 2004; and
6. The amount of $554.15 to Alan J. Wenokur, for services rendered and costs incurred or paid during the period October 1, 2004 through October 31, 2004.
