ORDER

WILLIAM PAULEY, District Judge

In accordance with the Individual Defendants Final Judgments, the Defendants shall pay all fees, costs and expenses incurred by the Distribution Fund Administrator and approved by the Court in connection with and incidental to the performance of his duties under the Final Judgments and any further applicable Orders of the Court, including the fees, costs, and expenses of any persons engaged to assist him and all administrative fees, costs, and expenses related to the Distribution Fund Plan. The Defendants shall pay its share of the payments to the Distribution Fund Administrator approved by the Court for all Related Actions.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Defendants shall pay the amount of $897,361.63 to the Distribution Fund Administrator and those retained to assist him for services provided and expenses incurred between March 1, 2005 and May 31, 2005. The amount of the invoice is allocated to the Individual Defendants as follows:
