PAUL M. SEBOLD, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge

On June 30, 2022, the parties filed a joint proposed stipulated decision document. Upon review, it appears that there was a reference to "petitioners" instead of "petitioner" in the Ordered and Decided paragraph. On July 8, 2022, the parties filed another proposed stipulated decision document, which appears to have corrected the typographical error. We will strike the first proposed stipulated decision. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the joint proposed stipulated decision, filed June 30, 2022, is stricken from the Court's record.
