ORDER

Before the Court are appellant's March 27, 2019 pro se motions to compel his former counsel to provide him with a copy of the appellate record and motion for extension of time to file his brief.

Appellant's motion to compel counsel to furnish a copy of the record is DENIED. The Court will provide appellant with a copy of the record. We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to transmit to appellant copies of the clerk's records and the reporter's record filed in these appeals excluding a copy of the video exhibit filed in the reporter's record as State's Exhibit No. 1.

We GRANT appellant's motion to extend the time to file his brief and ORDER appellant's brief filed within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order. The Court will not grant any further extensions absent extenuating circumstances.

We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to transmit a copy of this order to counsel for the State and to mail a copy of this order and the records as directed above to John F. Seay, TDCJ # 00627969, Kegans State Jail, 707 Top Street, Houston, Texas 77002.
