IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Order Granting Withdrawal of Counsel in Appellate Court Case Number CAAP-22-0000023, filed on October 3, 2023, is hereby corrected as follows:
1. At page 1, in the first four lines of the caption, replace "IRON HORSE CREDIT LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, Plaintiff-Counterclaim Defendant-Appellee, and SDCK I, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, Real Party Plaintiff
in Interest" with "SDCK I, LLC, Plaintiff-Appellee" so that it reads consistent with the caption in this order.
