ROBERT SCULLY, Petitioner, v. BRIAN BIRKHOLZ, WARDEN, Respondent.

ORDER ACCEPTING FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS OF UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE

HON. CONSUELO B. MARSHALL, SENIOR U.S. DISTRICT JUDGE

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636, the Court reviewed the petition, the records on file, and the Report and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge. Further, the Court engaged in a de novo review of those portions of the Report to which Petitioner objected. On June 26, 2024, Petitioner filed a “reply” to the Report and Recommendation, in which he raised certain objections. (Dkt. No. 31.) Having reviewed Petitioner's filing, the Court finds that the issues raised by Petitioner are addressed in the Report. Therefore, the Court overrules Petitioner's objections and accepts the findings and recommendation of the Magistrate Judge.

IT IS ORDERED that Judgment be entered dismissing this action without leave to amend.
