Order unanimously modified by restoring items 1, 3 to 6 inclusive, and 13 to 16 inclusive, of plaintiff's notice of pretrial examination of defendants and, as so modified, affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellant. No opinion. The date for the examination to proceed shall be fixed in the order. Settle order on notice.
