ORDER

Julie Countiss, Judge.

On April 26, 2023, appellants/cross-appellees, Jennifer Mortell, Richard Moraw, and James Perry, as well as appellees/cross-appellants, Kathryn Mullen and N. Russell Scott, filed a "Joint Motion to Set Briefing Schedule." In their motion, the parties proposed a modified briefing schedule and included certain deadlines. The motion is granted. The schedule provided below governs the briefing for this appeal and cross-appeal:
