On October 12, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. Subsequently, on October 20, 2023, the Court issued an order directing petitioners to submit a response to respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment. To date, there has been no response by petitioners.

This case was called from the calendar of the Court's San Antonio, Texas, trial session, on December 11, 2023. Petitioners and counsel for respondent appeared and were heard. During the proceeding, petitioners moved the Court for a continuance. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment, filed October 12, 2023, is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' Oral Motion for Continuance is denied. It is further ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that on or before February 9, 2024, petitioners shall file a response to respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment.
