KEN MOLBERG JUSTICE.

By letter dated October 24, 2023, appellees inform the Court that the parties have resolved the dispute that led to the underlying litigation and, once the parties finalize the necessary documents, appellees will seek dismissal of the underlying suit and appellants will seek dismissal of the appeal. We construe the letter as a motion to abate the appeal and GRANT the motion TO THE EXTENT THAT we ORDER either a motion to dismiss or status report be filed no later than December 6, 2023.
