DISMISSAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE
Pursuant to the Request for Dismissal Without Prejudice submitted by Scientific-Atlanta, Inc. on February 20, 2003, this action is dismissed without prejudice. Each party shall bear its own costs.
In light of this Order, the date for the Case Management Conference, which was previously set for February 28, 2003, at 9:00 a.m., has been VACATED.
