Opinion

March 1, 1943.

In a separation action, order directing defendant to pay plaintiff $350 for counsel fees and expenses for opposing defendant's motion for a reduction of alimony modified on the facts by reducing the amount so awarded to $250; and, as so modified, the order is affirmed, without costs. In our opinion the award, under the circumstances, was excessive. Carswell, Johnston, Adel, Taylor and Lewis, JJ., concur.
