DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for permission to proceed upon the original file of the Workers' Compensation Board, to consolidate and for extension of time to perfect appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is denied, without costs, on the grounds that appellant has failed to set forth facts showing merit to the appeal as required by Section 800.12 of this Court's Rules of Practice, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to proceed upon the original file of the Workers' Compensation Board, is denied, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate the appeals is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to appellant seeking and obtaining an extension of time to perfect the appeals beyond the nine-month time period set forth in Section 800.12 of this Court's Rules of Practice.
